Magnum Tasting

Join us for a delightful evening of food and wine hosted by Ben Straw of The Straw Collection. This event will showcase some exceptional wines, all served from magnum-sized bottles. You will be welcomed with a glass of fizz, followed by three expertly paired food courses, and end the night with port and cheese.

Menu: 

Starter

Wye Valley asparagus, dry-aged ox heart, goat cheese mousse, and focaccia.

Main

Lamb neck fillet, chorizo emulsion, jersey royals, fresh peas, little gem and wild garlic sauce.

Dessert

English strawberries, pistachio and olive oil cake, pistachio crumb & white chocolate sorbet.

Cheese

Cheese, crackers, our own chutney, pickled grapes & poached pears.
